This 2-day course will help you learn and practise some of the essential skills you will need when you attend an assessment centre. It is relevant from AOs through to Grade 7s, as individual feedback will be given and tailored to your particular grade.

  • Understand what assessment centres are looking for
  • Understand the principles of effective communication, including style, tone, structure and planning
  • Learn how to structure a written brief
  • Learn how to create an impact when you present an oral briefing
  • Learn how to develop well-argued submissions and business cases
  • Improve your writing skills
